The purpose of this research is to know whether the application of group counseling technique “ home room” be able to increase student’s understanding about the danger of free sex. The provision of pre- test questionnaire was found seven students had the lowest score. Of those seven student’s treatmens, are done using group counseling technique of home room to help student intrease the understanding about the danger of fre sex. Data collection method that was used is using questionnaire about understanding of the danger of free sex. After examining the data by using the wilcoxon test, it can be seen the lowest score is Tcount = 0 if (α) level of error 5%, so Ttable = 2 with N =7. It can be concluded (Tcount  < Ttable ) or (0 < 2). Of the result of data analysis can be seen that, that there was a difference score between before and after implementation of group conseling of with  home room technique to increase student’s understanding of the danger if free sex. So, it can be concluded that the implementation of group counseling of home room technique can be used and accepted  the improvement  the student’s understanding of the danger of free sex.
