This study aims to determine the effect of the application of occupational health and safety procedures on learning outcomes practices manual transmission and to evaluate the response of the students after being given treatment. The method used was Quasi Experiment, Research, there are two classes of grade control and experimental group, the sample was not chosen at random, and do the pretest and posttest and given a questionnaire to determine the next student response data were processed using Version SPSSS 20. Based on the analysis and discussion of variables there is no influence due to the increased value of the practice results for the experimental group is 0.13 with low criteria. By comparison significant level of 5% with a value of 2.00 so the result is not significant so there is no effect of the application safety procedures, while the response of students in the implementation student responses good criterion
