This research associated with the development of science teaching materials oriented project-based learning based information communication technology to train student’s communication skills for class VII. This research aims to obtain of science teaching materials which fit for used to train students’s communication skills through based information communication technology media with criteria of the contents, the frequency, link, the writing of systematics and the contribution of comments. This research uses the model 4-D, but only up to the phase development. Feasibility of this science teaching material oriented PJBL based ICT validated by 2 lecturers from FMIPA Unesa and 1 science teacher. The validation science teaching material review of the criteria the content, presentation and language criteria successively acquired a percentage of average 91,11%, 91,11% and 86,67% with a total average of 89,63% indicating the interpretation of very proper to be used. The science teaching material tested for 15 students of class VII on SMPN 26 Surabaya and obtained communicating skills to the project I as much as 55% with interpretation enough, after trained obtained the results of observations to the project II as much as 87% with interpretation very good associated with the content. Into the category of a frequency obtained the percentage of as much as 53% with interpretation enough, after trained as much as 88% with interpretation very good. Related with hyperlink category is obtained the results of observations by 45% with interpretation less, after trained as much as 80% with interpretation very good. Into the category of writing systematic is obtained communicating skill as much as 53% with interpretation enough, after trained as much as 80% with interpretation very good. Relate to the category of the contribution to comments obtained the results of observations as much as 42% with interpretation less, after trained as much as 92% with interpretation very good. Students give a positive response to the science teaching material oriented project-based learning based on information communication technology to the topic of energy in a system life with the percentage of average 97,78%.
