The purpose of the study is determining learning outcomes and improvement learning outcomes cognitive and psychomotor using the model of TPS (Think Pair Share) which utilized video as method of X grade of Fashion Department in SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya. Data collection technique was using performance sheets and formative test cycle I, II, and III. The cognitive result of research in cycle I acquired the percentage of learning outcomes based KBK reached 48%. On the other hand, considered the psychomotor side 79% of completed classical study. In cycle II, there was an increasing cognitive grade by 94%, meanwhile its psychomotor grade reached 88%. In cycle III, we observed that the cognitive grade had increased gradually 100%. The same went to psychomotor which have had 94%. There was increase in value from cycle I to cycle II by 46% in cognitive and 9% in psychomotor, we observed learning outcomes from cycle II to cycle III of 6% in cognitive and psychomotor. To sum up, we concluded that there was a raising number of study result in X grade of Fashion Department in SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya through the implementation of TPS learning model which was improved by video utilization on blouse pattern making subject.
