Abstract

This study aims to describe student’s result study to guided inquiry learning model in material of transportation system of living organism. This type of research is pre-experimental design using   one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects are class of VIII-6 in SMPN 1 Tanjunganom that there are 32 students. Method of collecting data by using a method of test given before (pretest) and after instruction (posttest). Data analysis of the student’s result using test N-Gain. The results showed that student’s result study increased with average of pretest are 46,6, while average of postest are 81,4 with n-gain as 0.64 with medium category. Percentage of achievement indicators matter after learning process using guided inquiry learning model on transportation system of living organism given a post-test, all indicators about the increased achievement. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the guided inquiry learning model  in material of transportation system of living organism increase the student’s result study.
