This research talk about the phenomenon happened in teenagers catholics in one parish in surabaya. The free sex with a teenager was no exception for teenagers who are active in a chaplaincy. The issue has become concern society and churches especially parents. The methodology executed is qualitative the methodology the social construction peter l .Berger. The subject of study consisting of six teenagers appeared parish consisting of three laki-laki and three females. Data collection method done with interview, observation, and documentation of filenote / field notes. Interviews and loaded in the form of transkip and analyzed to discover the meaning of the results.The result of this study concluded that construction sexual behavior free seen by teenager catholic parish is sexual behavior that is carried by men and women without any the boundaries of a marriage, and these behaviors are not only because based on by love but as go appetites and as an amusement alone .The act of this usually held after the rayuan-rayuan and flattery of them, after all can be achieved. However, to justify the act of this, the men often using reason that such action is proof of love of them was meant to be summons.
