The purpose of this research is to develop and find out the feasibility and effectiveness of learning materials in the form of supplementary books equipped with 3D Augmented Reality on Thematic subjects that care about living things for fourth grade elementary school students. The development model used is the Borg and Gall model (Sugiyono, 2012: 297) which has been modified and adapted to training needs. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of Polehan 3 Public Elementary School Malang. This study produces valid criteria with the acquisition of the total percentage of media experts 93.75% (valid), material experts 72.18% (quite valid), 100% individual trial (valid), small group trial 100% (valid), test try a large group 99.1% (valid). Student supplement books were also stated to be quite effective as teaching materials because 66.66% of students had reached the KKM.
