Abstract

Tunarungu merupakan anak yang memiliki hambatan pendengaran, sehingga perkembanganbicara dan bahasanya terhambat. Minimnya kosakata tentu berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan mengenalipola kalimat dan menyusun kalimat. Permainan Scramble merupakan permainan yang melatih kreativitasdan daya ingat siswa terhadap pola kalimat seperti subjek, predikat, objek, dan keterangan. Sehinggadapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menyusun kalimat. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancanganpenelitian Pre Experimental Design dengan bentuk One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek penelitianadalah seluruh siswa kelas IV tunarungu di SDLB Negeri Kedungkandang Malang. Teknik pengumpulandata menggunakan instrumen tes menyusun kalimat. Analisis data menggunakan uji jenjang bertandaWilcoxon. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh permainan scramble terhadapkemampuan menyususun kalimat sederhana.Deaf are children who have obstacles with the organ of hearing, so the development of speechand language are impaired. The lack of vocabulary certainly affect the ability to recognize sentencepatterns and compose sentences. Scramble game is a game that exercises creativity and students' memoryof sentence patterns such as subject, predicate, object, and description. So it can improve students' abilityin composing sentences. This research uses Pre Experimental Design with One Group Pretest-PosttestDesign. The subjects of this study are all students of grade IV deaf in SDLB Negeri KedungkandangMalang. The data collection was done with the test instrument composing the sentence. The analysis useda Wilcoxon's Signed Rank Test. The results showed that there is the influence of scramble game on theability to compose simple sentences in students with hearing impairment
