Strategi Humas Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sambas dalam Memberikan Informasi Kepada Masyarakat

Abstract

: Public Relations of country Secretariat (Setda) Sambas as a public service must have a daunting task in providing information to public. The role played by demanding Public Relations Setda must gather the latest information about the activities and policies issued by the local government. The lack of access to information and the latest information received Public Relations Setda hampered the dissemination of information from the Public Relations Setda to society. It will continue to happen if the Public Relations does not act quickly and find the strategies for providing information to the public. This research was conducted in Sambas Regency Office in February 2016 using qualitative research. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. To determine the validity of the validity of data used triangulation method on the data obtained. From the data analysis done interactive model expressed by Miles and Huberman in Sutopo (2006) which includes the reduction of the data, the presentation of the data and the conclusion. From the research conducted has obtained the conclusion that the strategy of public relation in Sambas Regency, setda provide information to the community are leveraging information technology through the Government website sambas.go.id, manage the Secretariat of Public TV, form the Official provider of the information and documentation, organized a two-way communication via SMS complaints and partnership with the media and the Setda Password.
