Abstract

Banks are often unable to provide these needs because it's complicated procedure. Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) as a financial institution of Sharia was designed from scratch as an institution in direct contact with the micro sector of the economy, be able to attract people to dynamically have coorperated with it. BMT will certainly play its role better so from time to time the number of users of financial services institutions is increasing.Just how far the role of what is taken and the transaction is evolving to sustain the development of UKM, the researcher conducted an analysis of documents and interviews with one of the BMT in the city of Malang, that is Kanindo Sharia. The results are shown to be role Kanindo a place in the small and medium business community. In addition to filing procedure easier, as well as the supervision of the coaching. Model of financing the most interest is murabaha, because the proposed product is not only of individual UKM but also to the interests of the consumer. Measure of success only on the two products, namely mudaraba and musharaka.
