: Contraception is to prevent pregnancy as a result of a meeting between a mature egg cell with sperm cell. The use of combined contraceptive pill can increase a woman's blood pressure, although the increase was not so high and be normal after a few weeks of taking the pill is stopped. Combined contraceptive pill containing estrogen and progesteron with estrogen dose there were 0.05, 0.08 and 0.1 per tablet.hypertension is a condition when blood pressure is chronically elevated blood vessels. This study aims to determine the relations between the use of combined contraceptive pill and hypertension. This research is analytic survey with cross sectional approach using total sampling with a sample of 65 respondents. This research was do in public health centre of enemawira since 23rd November till 10th December 2015. Data collection is done by filling in a questionnaire. The result of this reseach based on Chi Square ( ) bring out oddds ratio = 39.000 it means that the respondent who used combined contraceptive pill had 39.000 times the risk of developing Hypertension and p-value = 0.000 smaller than α = 0.05 it means that H0 was showed that there is relation between the use of combined contraceptive pill and hypertension.
