This study aims to investigat the determination of students' perceptions on the quality of managing a class, the use of learning resource, and learning motivation on achievement of eighth grade social studies students of M.Ts. Mualimat NW Pancor. This research was an ex post facto research. The sample was 113 students which were selected using random sampling and the data were obtained by using questionnaire and documents. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and regression correlation. The results of the analysis show that: (1) there is a positive and significant determination between the student perception about quality of classroom management on social studies achievement with the effective contribution of 7.33% (2) there is a positive and significant determination between the use of learning resources and the achievement of social learning achievement with the contribution of 16.93% (3) there is a positive and significant determination between learning motivation and achievement of social learning with the contribution of 43.12%, (4) there is a a positive and significant determination between the student perception on quality of classroom management, the use of learning resources, and learning motivation on social study learning achievement with the effective contribution of 67.38%.
