Abstract

: Law May Be Changed According to the Circumstances. Law is a rule, whether it is derived from the divine law called taklīfī, as well as those that derived from human, called as waḍ‘ī. However, law can sometimes be transformed from the original, regarding the situation, place, climate, technology, etc. Moreover, law can be changed is qualified as ijtihādī, and must obviously be based on the accurate reasons. It means that not all circumstances can change a law.
