A cell partition is expected to reduce the inter-cell interference, increasing capacity and optimize the frequency spectrum allocation. The purpose of cell partition is to increase the capacity of inner cell which have lower power and different frequency to outer cell. This paper shows how generous the capacity increased after the partition has been done. The calculation of MAPL and the link budget have been done have been done as well. The propagation model of Walfisch-Ikegami has been used in the paper. As the result, It has been found that the site capacity was increased, therefore the order of blocking can be reduced. The cell partition is appropriate for the area with high-level of traffic.
