The existing flanges component which is produced by traditional sand casting shows low quality both of the material and dimension, since the product made from recycled material and supported by a very simple technology. The quality of casting is not depends on the microstructure, but also supported by a good appearance. This research is to analyze the effect of process parameters by producing specimens through squeeze casting process using the existing recycled material. Process parameter such as squeeze pressure and punch & die temperature. The process consists of melting the alloys and heating the die in two difference resistance furnaces, ladling the melt into pre-heated die cavity and finally applying pressure by hydraulic power until the melt is fully solidified. After investigating the specimen, the results show that the quantity of the porosity as compared to traditional sand casting is decreasing significantly.
