In today's technological era, the need for speed and accuracy of information is absolutely required by anyone and anywhere. With the help of computerization, a variety of activities in the field of information systems can be effectively and efficiently. In the field have developed various information systems, which is useful to provide quality information. Wherever that information systems play a role, for example in a company, government agencies, non-governmental agencies, even to small traders.Since 2007 the Government of Indonesia has implemented the Family Hope Program (PKH). The program was implemented because of the large number Very Poor Households (RTSM) increasing a problem for the government. The government established the Family Hope Program Implementation Unit (UPPKH) to implement the Family Hope Program (PKH) in order to accelerate poverty reduction as well as the development of policy in the field of social protection. In carrying out the data collection CCT participants, UPPKH West Lombok still use the manual method using Microsoft Excel, so that the data and information obtained less qualified. The system is effective and efficient manner so as to reduce the quality of service to the RTSM.Of the above problems, it needed an information system that can provide data and information quality. Viewing information systems are very influential in the performance UPPKH West Lombok regency, the authors propose Membership Information Systems Web Based Family Hope Program. Which will be designed in php and mysql as database processing.
