The objective of research was to find out HR BPRS of Dana Amanah, the performance of HR BPRS Dana Amanah, and the performance of HR BPRS Dana Amanah viewed from BPRS subdivision of Indonesian National Work Competency Standard.This study was a qualitative research. The type of study employed was descriptive qualitative one. The subject of research was the human resource of Dana Amanah BPRS generally and in account officer division particularly. The data source derived from primary data in the form of observation, interview, and secondary data in the form of research-supporting documents. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling one. Data collection was conducted using observation, interview and documentation. The data validation was conducted using source and method triangulations. The data analysis was conducted corresponding to the chart of interactive analysis model components consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The procedure of research was conducted from pre-research, field study, data analysis, and report writing.The conclusion of research showed that HR BPRS Dana Amanah included type B expert employee, economists familiar with syari'ah. The performance of human resource in Dana Amanah Syariah People Leasing Bank was good; this statement was confirmed by performance indicator according to Henry Simanora. The performance of HR BPRS Dana Amanah viewed from SKKNI of BPRS Subdivision specified and governed according to RI's transmigration and labor ministry's decree Number: KEP.30/MEN/II/2008, had been good consistent with several competencies the HR BPRS should had.
