Elderly has decreased in many body systems, including the impact on sleep disorders. Sleep disorders can affect the quality of life. Therapeutic feet soak in warm water in the blood vessels and improve microcirculation vasodilatation thereby increasing the quantity of sleep. Purpose of the study analyzed the effect of therapy on the foot soak in warm water increases the quantity of sleep in the elderly. Pre-experiment research design approach to One-Group Pre-Post-Test design. 20 elderly insomnia populations aged over 60 years, sample 20 respondents. Sampling using total sampling, data analysis with ANOVA statistical test with significance level Î± = 0.05. The analysis shows the quantity of sleep that older adults performed at the foot soak in warm water to increase, with significant value Î± = 0.0001 (Î± = 0.05) means that there are influences soak your feet in warm water increases the quantity of sleep in the elderly. The results showed that the feet soak in warm water effectively used to increase the quantity of sleep in older adults who experience sleep disturbances.
