Various forms of business can be done to human resource development is how to improve the ability of employees to job competence. So also to carry out the job satisfaction of employees can affect each other to determine the work. Both of these things mentioned above also needs to be supported by adequate compensation so that it will produce optimal performance. Provision and improvement of the quality of human resources through training programs will have an impact on increasing the knowledge, skills and experience or changes in individual attitudes that will ultimately affect employees' performance The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of competency, compensation and employee job satisfaction on the performance of PT Ciomas Adisatwain Balikpapan. Approach is to use data from the circulation of a questionnaire survey of employees of PT Ciomas Adisatwa in Balikpapan as many as 109 employees which is a permanent employee, while the analysis used by using multiple linear regression analysis to be used to see the influence of inter-dependent variables and independent variables Simultaneously, the findings of variable competence, compensation, job satisfaction dams have an influence on employee performance, competence has  partially on performance, compensation have an influence on employee performance and job satisfaction have an effect on performance, This is consistent with its predecessor. Originality - As only some of the variables used in this study only looked at the effects and inter-dependent and independent varibabel can describe the influence of performance, it can still be developed with other models and may include forming a variable employee performance,
