Abstract

 Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is an integral part of national development. By considering the role and potential in the national economy, the existence of MSME proved to be an independent business, strong and flexible, in both normal and crisis conditions. One of the keys to the success of MSME is the availability of a clear market for the products. Facing the ASEAN single market 2015 with the mechanisms that open and competitive markets, market control is a prerequisite for improving competitiveness. One idea the empowerment of MSME in the era of information technology is through the establishment of the Central Business Communications Integrated Systems-Based in each region in Indonesia. Business Communication is a process of exchange of information that can support business processes, both in the field of production, marketing and sales. Integrated system is a set process for linking multiple computing systems and software applications, both physically and functionally. MSME Business Communication Center-Based Integrated System is intended for MSME in promoting their business, access to factors of production information, conduct business transactions, and conduct other business communications globally, in order to expand its business network. Integrated systems are designed with Horizontal Integration method comprising: (1) Online Webstore, (2) SMS Gateway and (3) Social Media Marketing. Integrated system designed to produce a unit function that can support the business activities activities of MSME actors. Â
