: This research was conducted to analyze the influence of food quality through 4 variables which were freshness, presentation, well cooked, and variety of food on customer satisfaction at Yoshinoya Galaxy Mall Surabaya. This type of research is a causal research and quantitative, by using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The result showed that partially and simultaneously 4 variables of food quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. While presentation was the most dominant factor that influence customer satisfaction.
