Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to analyze situational leadership influence on performance improvement, 2) to analyze the effect of reward on performance improvement, and 3) to analyze the effect of simultaneous situational leadership and reward on performance improvement of Vocational High School 1 Teachers in Jambi. The study is a survey with quantitative method. Population is 65 and all of them are taken as sample. Results of this study revealed that 1) situational leadership improves teacher performance, 2) reward also improves teacher performance, and 3) taken together situational leadership and reward improves teacher performance of Vocational High School 1 in Jambi.
