Diarrhea and Dengue Hemorhagic Fever (DHF) need accurate and fast handling, especially in children because the related dehydration and shock conditions could caused mortality. The limited resources and facilities at Palaran Health Center; Samarinda, East Kalimantan required some new patterns in medical services, specifically for the majority of visits such as diarrhea and DHF cases. The new patterns were in the forms of automatic calculation templetes for rehidration liquid in diarrhea and DHF cases among children by using computer softwares. It hopes that the application that is user friendly for trained paramedics. Hence the paramedics would feel more confidence to manage the cases. Besides, it would cause patients' satisfaction as they were promptly received services and that psychologically felt safe and comfortable because of the prompt management from health staffs. The patterns could be applied at other Health Centers which human resources and computer facilities are limited.
