Abstract

The quality of Damri bus services in Bandung hasn't reach maximum level, that's why the level of service must increased to serve the needs of the passenger movement. The result of this evaluation shows the Damri bus performance of services in Bandung based on user's perception and operator was satisfying. Operators measure the Damri bus performance of services reached maximum level and the each score of assessment based on user perception towards the fourth researches variable. Although, for some users the services performance still not satisfying. The duration and comfortness performance has been lots of critics by users. Therefore, few solutions become a recommendation; needed a shelter or a bus stop, discipline enhancement with fines, the fleet's rejuvenation, and adjustment between supply and demands.
