Management of primary schools development based on nation character education. Purpose of this research was to describe Management of primary schools development based on nation character education influenced by schools' culture, teachers' professionality, and parents participation in the excellent elementary schools Bandung City. Research method used was deskriptive quantitative. Population of teachers and principals of exellent schools Bandung city were 550. The sample acquired by random sampling were 203 people. Research results showed that there were: (1) influence of school culture on nation character education 23,1%., (2) influence of teachers' professionality on nation character education 26,8%. (3) influence parents participation on nation character education 31,7%. Influence of school culture, teachers' professionality, and parents participation were 33,8%, while the rest were influenced by other factors.
