Abstract

Human resource potential in the company should be utilized as well as possible so asto provide maximum results. In creating the best employees are skilled and able to contribute tothe success of the company needs their job performance ratings on all forms of work that hasbeen carried out by the employee. The results of job performance could be used as anopportunity for employees and the company to see the potential of the internal side. From theseresults the company can have and view the best employees of all existing employees. And interms of employees, sees the potential to get the reward of accomplishment they do, so theselection of the best employees into a passion for the employees and improving the quality ofwork. AHP method is most widely used as the method attribute the concept is simple, easy tounderstand, computationally efficient and has the ability to measure the performance ofalternatives in the decision of a simple mathematical form.
