The implementation of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to decide employee promotion is to give alternative in processing employee assesement in human resources division. Where the concept of the assesment of the employee is an important process that will influence the change of an employee position.In this research, the researcher tries to make a supporting system to decide the change of employee position by using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with three criteria that is: behavior criteria (C1), work target criteria (C2), and test criteria (C3). To assist the construction and development of this system, the researcher use SDLC Waterfall method to build a system framework and system analysis. To design the system the researcher use Unified Modelling Language (UML). To construct the application the researcher use PHP programming language with MySQL database. Then the researcher use Black Box method to test.
