Motivation is a factor that encourages a person to perform a specific activity. Work motivation is very important in improving performance, because it affects the productivity of employees. This is done so that employees have a high motivation to achieve corporate goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence employee motivation in the production of PT Tokai Rika Indonesia. In this study, data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaire and literature, as well as the primary and secondary data collection. The analysis technique used is quantitative data with descriptive analysis. Based on the results of questionnaires that have been done, it can be concluded that the statement of 11 variables grouped into 4 variable based on the average score. Variable 1 (salaries and working conditions) is the highest factor affecting employee motivation part production with an average score of 12 to 12,75 and variable 4 (achievement and a job guarantee) with an average score of 7,1 to 7,4 is the lowest variable that affects employee motivation than the variable production of 1,2,3 even though employees are still agree with a given statement. Saran, preferably accomplishment and job security needs more attention, the leadership needs to give rewards to employees who have good achievements in achieving production targets, need to guarantee a clear karier and give more opportunities to develop their potential.   Keywords: performance, work motivation, employees
