Transjakarta is one type of public transport which is widely used for everyday activities. Since it has been starting operation by Transjakarta there has been many passengers. PT Transportation Jakarta which known as Transjakarta is an institution which taking over responsibility for Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) or better known as the Busway.Research have purpose for knowing the evalution of win-win transportation solution factors which one of strategies that have been designed for reforming all of policy based on market segmentation, or user transportation, it has purpose for developing efficiency with reduct some of deviation from customer or user transportation choices and how to stimulate the mobility of transportation. The research use Causalitative and Quantitative methode, and the sampling of this research are user public transportation especially or the user of busway as a transportation, meanwhile for the analysis of Customer satisfaction which is expectated by customer, for this research use the Importance –Performance Analysis(IPA)approach.This reselt of research can be described that from amount of win-win solution transportation can be reduct until four factors consist of concrate These, Keep Up The Good Work, Low Priority, Possible Overkill which have been got by Rotation Factor Value.
