Abstract

 Competition inter companies to meet consumer needs and provide customer satisfaction of service to greater. One of the actions to satisfy the consumer is to provide services to consumers as well as possible. Good service will make customers or sonsumers give loyalty and confidence in the provider company needs. Companies that have customers with high loyalty to the company. Complacency must be known enterprise customers to evaluate and make improvements to the performance of the company to service  to the community. Improvement in the performance of the company assist in customer satisfaction with the services given by the company and improve the service less than satisfactory according to the customer.   Keywords: Customers Satisfaction, Service Quality.
