Vegetative propagation has an advantage in producing new plant that is genetically similar with its mother tree. The purpose of this research is to study the variety of growth ability of teak clones which selected in Gunung Kidul and Wonogiri. This research was arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design, with 25 clones as treatment. Each treatment was repeated in 5 replications and each replication consisted 10 grafted seedlings, so that there were 1250 observation units. Data was analized with variance analysis and continued with Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results showed that clones from different mother tree significantly affected on survival rate, growth of shoot length, shoot diameter and number of leaf. The best result showed by clones 8, 64, 7,102, , 86 for survival rate, clones 34, 3, 5 for shoots length, clones 9, 87, 8, 31, 5, 3, 55, 16, 34, 26, 7 for shoot diameter and clones 57, 9, 43, 5, 1, 65, 94, 56 for number of leaf. Estimated heritability values for the four characters was obtained value H2 medium to high category which ranged from 0.34 to 0.76 while for the number of nodes the value H2 was low at 0.15
