Abstract

The hotel business cannot be separated from promotion; therefore the good working system of promotion will increase the hotel occupancy. Promotion is not only a matter of building relations with companies, travel agencies, or a tour operator only, but also making persuasive approaches with the hotel guests and through the advertisement media.
