This research examines factors affecting the importance of corporate social responsibilities . The firm located in Candi Industry Region of Semarang were used as the population of this research. Using purposive sampling method obtain 25 sample firms. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the model. The result show that there were three variables significantly positive affecting to importance of social responsibilities . The variables were goverment regulation, community pressure, and the force exercised of environmental organization. Meanwhile, the force exercised of mass media has no influence to the importance of social responsibilities .
