A study about development of animation media on human respiratory system has been done. This study was aimed to produce an animation media on respiratory system to support student’s learning, describe the media’s theoretical feasibility based on the result of experts and teachers reviews, and describe the empirical feasibility of the media based on students’ responses. The research method was adapted from 4-D model. Based on the results of review, the media gets average scores of 3,625 – 3,91. It is categorized very feasible theoretically. The media’s empirical feasibility was determined based on students’ responses. The students respond very positively with achievement of 90%. Based on the data gained, the animation media on human respiratory system developed was very feasible theoretically and empirically.
