The aim of this study is to determine the effect of an organic and inorganic fertilizerscombinationon the growth and yield of mustard. The research was conducted from July to September 2014, located in the village Bulupountu Jaya, District Sigi Biromaru, Sub District Sigi, Central Sulawesi province and in Seed Technology Laboratory of Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tadulako. This research was conducted by using a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with treatment consisting of A0 (without treatment), A1 (urea 20 g / plot), A2 (Bokashi cow manure 4 kg / plot), A3 (POC 3.2 ml / liter of water), A4 (cow urine 3.2 ml / liter of water), A5 (urea 10 g / plot and Bokashi cow manure 2 kg / plot), and A6 (urea 10 g / plot and POC 1.6 ml / liter of water and cow urine 1.6 ml / liter of water). Each treatment was repeated three times so that there are 21 experimental units. The results showed that treatment of urea 10 g / plot and Bokashi cow manure 2 kg / plot produced plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, fresh weight, dry weight and yield per hectare is higher mustard plants.
