The aimed of this research was to describe to the student’s learning outcomes when implemented the interactive animation media with Problem Based Instruction learning model. The subject is biogeochemical cycle. The research used pretax experimental research or research all the design with one group pretest-posttest design research. Research was done during May 2015 at SMA Negeri 2 Magetan. The object of the research used consisting of 72 students. Interactive animation media with problem based instruction learning model applied obtain the results can increase student’s learning outcomes with knowledge competence gets 100%.
