The purpose of this research was to describe the assessment suitability of knowledge competence made by Biology teacher in 10th grade of senior high school. Data research are collected from school in Sidoarjo Regency which were the pioners of 2013 Curriculum, start from April until the beginning of May 2015. Data were collected by learning packages documentation, distribute self-assessment questionnaires to the teachers and interviews. The result of this research showed that the assessment instrument of knowledge competence  made by teacher have been suitable quantitatively with quantity curriculum of 2013 with percentage 88.3%, and the qualitative analysis have been suitable categorized with assessment indicator of knowledge domain with percentage of 79.5%.
