Improving the quality of education can be done from three main components namely students, teachercompetency, and learning facilities. Teachers should use the model of learning that make students actively buildtheir own knowledge and learning model based on student (student-centered). Researchers try to apply the learningmodel based on student's Learning Cycle 5E. This research aims to know the response activity, and increasedstudent learning outcomes. This type of research is supported by the qualitative diskriptif quantitative data withreference to class action Research model (PTK) classroom action research, the object of the research was a response,activity and an increase in student learning outcomes. Using the instrument response and results of student learningthrough observation, documentation, test and question form. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitativeanalysis supported by quantitative data. The results showed that 76% of students stated happy with learning learningcycle model. Students more active in learning and there is an increase in student learning outcomes i.e. as many as29 students with a percentage of 85% expressed satisfaction.
