The study aims to describe applying learning of integrated science with inquiry model, describe of student's abilities on the cognitive achievement after following study of integrated science with inquiry model, describe student's ability performance, and describe of student's response to the activities of integrated science with inquiry model. Experiment design was one group pretest and posttest design. Analyze data used quantitative and descriptive qualitative, limited tryout was implemented in SMPN 1 Maduran Lamongan for grade VIII G counted 33 students. The result of study showed that indicate class management of study get score 3,28 or is good category. Dominant student's activity is doing experiment equal to 22,42%. While for the ability performance of student get score 83,84% and 79,10% with good category. Result of cognitive ability showed that 28 students (89%) that understanding of the concept, while 5 students (11%) which not yet understood from 33 students following lesson. There are can be concluded that applying learning of integrated science with inquiry model have been managed as according to step of inquiry model is good category and dominant student's activity according to inquiry model that is doing experiment. Student's response to learn of integrated science with inquiry model is good.
