There has been done a research of integrated science learning through cooperative learning model type TPS (Think-Pair-Share) in chapter hard water. The purpose of this research are increasing the quality of learning, ability to pass the subject scale, and describing students of VII-I response in SMPN 1 Loceret Nganjuk to this research. The result of this research shows that the skill of teaching integrated science in cooperative model type TPS (Think-Pair-Share) is still low, particular in managing class and guiding the discuss and also team class grouping. In the next cycle it obvious the increase in guiding the discuss and team class grouping. The major students activities in this research is listening and showing curiosity of teachers explanation and sharing with friends. Students activities also increase and understanding the theme in discussing also more active and the question given could be answer and well From the data analysis could be concluded that the teaching skill increase in the following cycle and the students achievement reach from 72,22 % to 94,44 %. The suggestion for next research is needed to make the pair is more heterogenous.
