Abstract

Purpose of this study was to determine the marketing channels, marketing margins, part of the price received by producers and marketing efficiency. This research conducted on home industry "Prima Jaya" in Palu City. Reserch in June to September 2014. the number of respondents as many as seven people. The results of this study indicate that there is a form of marketing channels 3 channels. The first is a marketing channel marketing channel that has a total margin of Rp 8,500 , the second channel of Rp 14,000 and third marketing channel Rp 5.500. part of the price received by producers pea shake " prima Jaya " in the first line is 91.4 % at 1000 gr packaging , packaging 500 gr 86.4 % , and 80 % packaging 250gr. on the second line of packaging 1000gr 84.2 % , 80 % and 66.6 % 500 gr packaging 80% packaging 250 gr, while on the third line on the packaging 1000gr 91.4 % , 91.4 % and 88.8 % packaging 500 gr 250 gr packaging. the efficiency of the three marketing channels bean shake "prima Jaya" The most efficient is a three channel where the value of the marketing efficiency of 2.8%
