Gasoline engine practice is one of the compulsory course for the students of automotive engineering education study program for bachelor degree at Engineering faculty of UNESA. This three-credit course has basic competence. It is to make the students be able to do tune up,engineering disassembly,masuring technique and knowing the working of gasoline engine working. Therefore, the students are asked to understand the entire element in the gasoline engine. Unfortunately, most of the students get the score below 85 for the gasoline engine practice course. Therefore the re-planning of teaching and learning process is needed to improve the quality of the process and students study result in the gasoline engine practice course. One of them is by using module, especially injector tester and ultrasonic cleaner CNC-601A module. The research aims to develop the module for gasoline engine practice course at engineering department. The subjects of this research are the students of automotive engineering education study program for bachelor degree at engineering faculty of UNESA who take the gasoline engine course at the odd semester in the academic yaer of 2013/2014. There are 28 students. This research is the development research by using Peter Fenrich development . It consists of 5 steps. There are (1) analisys, (2) planning, (3) design, (4) developing, and (5) application. The instruments used are module validation sheet, lecturer's responses questionnaire, and students response questionnaire. After being validated, the trials used are trial 1 and trial 2 for the 28 students. The data is analyzed by using descriptive method. The validation from three engineering lectures, three language lecturers, and three designer shows that the average score of the validation element in the first step is 3.89. It is the valid enough category. It becomes 4.31 in the second step. It is in the valid category. The result of the lecturer's response questionnaire for the injector tester and ultrasonic cleaner CNC-601A is stated as very good. The percentage is more than 80%. The students response for the injector tester and ultrasonic cleaner CNC-601A is also stated as very good either in the first trial or second trial. It is more than 80%.
