This research aims to improve student learning achievement by applied cooperative learning model type of Course Review Horay (CRH) on material of transmission maintenance. All this time, students learning achievement was poor. Then through the implementation of cooperative learning model type of Course Review Horay enable to create conducive learning situation so that quality of learning increased, viewed from student response and student learning completeness. Students been subject in this research were students in classroom XI TKR 3 in even semester consist of 32 students. Type of this research was Classroom Action Research with two cycles, each cycle had stages, planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Data obtained from this research collected and analyzed in descriptive qualitative, while instrument used in this research including sheet of learning achievement and students questionnaire. Learning achievement could be stated completed if obtained score 75. In classically, a classroom is completed if 75% of student in the classroom were completed individually. Result of this research are students completed at cycle I were 23 students with percentage 72%, and at cycle II were 28 students with percentage 87.5%. Student response on the implementation of cooperative learning model type of Course Review Horay was in good category with percentage 77.57%.
