Learning process naturally is to develop the activity and creativity of students through varies interactions and learning experiences. That learning process should be accompanied with teaching materials as student facility to learn and to help teachers in teaching and learning. The absence of teaching materials in grade X TKR SMK 3 Buduran Sidoarjo resulting student learning achievement was poor. In order to improve student learning achievement, it is required to applying Worksheet (LKS). This research was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The implementation of data collection in this research conducted in two cycles and each cycle in this research meets the design stages of Classroom Action Research, they are (1) planning; (2) acting; (3) observing and (4) reflecting. Data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative by describing the research results visually using tables and graphs. Results of this research are: there was tendency of high student response on the implementation worksheet of applying competence of K3 procedure and work place environment at grade X TKR SMK 3 Buduran Sidoarjo caused by material presented was interesting, illustration picture inside worksheet is interesting, and the advantage perceived by students was worksheet as learning instrument which able to improve their learning achievement. There was improvement of student learning achievement grade X TKR SMKN 3 Buduran Sidoarjo on the implementation worksheet of competence applying K3 procedure and work place environment. This is known from 2 cycles of CAR which shows that there was improvement 48.6%, 51.4% at cycle I become 100% at cycle II.
