This study aims to develop science learning device type connected to the Integrated subject matter excretion system viable in terms of validity and student responses. Learning device was developed covering the syllabus, lesson plans, student books, worksheets and assessment sheets. The expected benefits of this research is the realization of an integrated science learning tools appropriate to the material excretion system that can be used as an alternative for teachers especially science teachers to implement an integrated science learning. This refers to the process of developing 4D models (define, design, develop, disseminate). Stage define SMP Ma'arif obtained that shoots 5 Lamongan using SBC curriculum, but its implementation has not been taught in an integrated science. Design phase produces the first draft of the preliminary design of integrated science learning. Stage earned develop suggestions for improvement of the draft 1 to draft 2. Next learning device tested on 12 students of class IX SMP Ma'arif shoots 5 Lamongan and validated by two lecturers expert practitioner of Natural Sciences as well as 1 SMP Ma'arif 5 shoots. The results validate the lecturer and Science teacher learning device consisting of a syllabus, lesson plans, student books, worksheets and assessment sheets successively obtained a score of 3.17, 2.86, 3.4, 3.18, and 2.81 with a value of maximum of 4, . Student learning outcomes is seen from the indicators of student achievement of cognitive products and processes row gets a percentage of 74,1% and 70,8%, while the positive student response which amounted to 89.93%. From the validation results and student responses can be interpreted very decent device.
