The purpose of thisstudy to assess the implementation of learning, student learning outcomes and the constraints faced by the Indonesian Language before and after the use of media images beamed the learning progress. The study used a classroom action research using qualitative and quantitative methods. The subjects were teachers and students of class IV Elementary School Putat Gede II/95 Surabaya, some 28 students consisting of 16 male and 12 female students. The data collection techniques are observation test and field note..The research can be concluded that the implementation of learning that teachers do show increased execution the implementation of learning .Learning cycle I gained 83%, achievement scores 65 ,while on the second cycle gained 92%, the score reached 85.. The use of media images beamed to improve narrative writing skills in elementary school fourth grade students. It can be seen from the classical completeness student learning outcomes in the first cycle by 61% and in the second cycle to obtain a score 93%..
