This research goal to describe the implementation of problem based instruction, student activity, leraning result and the response of students. The research using design ”One Shot Case Study”, and done by quantitative descriptive analysis. Target of this research is all the student class VIII State Junior High School 2 Ponorogo academic year 2012-2013. Based on the analysis of data obtained by the average of observation implementation learning result meetings I and II respectively are 3,10; 3,37 so that the average meeting I and II are 3,23 which means implementation problem based instruction performing well. The most dominant activity of students is working in a group, that is working on worksheets, group discussion and do lab work in a group with an average percentage of 31.25% as the first meeting and the second meeting by 32.5%. Student learning completeness by providing a test of the study result were obtained 89% of students has been completed. From the data above show that learning science can minimize the PBI model of integrated activities that are not relevant to the learning activity that is as much as 2.5%. Based on the affective aspects of student learning outcomes, the percentage of students who get the category of "very good" and “good” on first meeting 85,7% while 96,4% in the second meeting. Student learning outcomes in the psychomotor aspect, the percentage of students who get the category of "very good" and “good on first meeting 100% while 92,8% in the second meeting. Students respond very well to the problem based learning model integrated science with the theme of science learning handsprayer pesticides with overall percentage of 93.37%.
