This research aimed to describe the student learning achievement, implementation inquiry model, and student response of model in learning science inquiry Integrated theme hypertension. This research was a pre-experimental with the "One Shot Case Study" design and done by descriptive analysis. The population of this research were all students of class VIII State Junior High School 2 Ponorogo the academic year 2012/2013 which consists of 10 classes. The sample used in this research was a class VIII B. Based on the result of observation, it could be concluded  implementation learning inquiry model can be realized from beginning to finish with an average score of 3,27 (very good). Completeness of student learning achievement is given a test 87,5%. The affective learning achievement of students has increased the percentage from 46% to 84,4% with criteria very well. The psychomotor aspects of student learning achievement also increased from 59,4% to 78,1% with criteria very well. Student learning achievement in three aspects give affect each other. Student of Class VIII Junior High School 2 Ponorogo give a good response of inquiry model showed by the percentage of students who answered positively 95,3% and 4,7% responded negatively.
