This research aimed to describe the feasibility, the implementation of the teaching learning process, the result of student achievement, and the student responses of teaching learning package. This research using Research & Development (R&D) method with instruments that are using the review sheets and validity sheets. The result of this research showed that the feasibility aspect was ≥ 61%. Percentages of teacher and science lecture’s validated based on feasibility of content criteria, presentation, and suitability with component of science process skills are about 88,99% (very feasible), 88,58% (very feasible), dan 87,38% (very feasible). For the implementation of lesson plan development had implemented well on the first and second meeting are about 3,83 (very good) and 3,91 (very good). All of the student can not obtained the objective learning on pretest but on the post- test, there were 13 students success to obtain the objective learning and 2 students unsuccessful with the classical success 86,67%. Based on the student responds result, the percentage of content criteria, presentation, and suitability with component of science process skills are about 97,77% (very feasible), 88,88% (very feasible), and 93,33% (very feasible). Based on the result of the research, can be concluded that the development of teaching learning package with webbed pattern oriented to science process skills is feasible as a teaching learning.
