The research background of students is less concentrated in the learning process. The results of observations conducted by researchers at the SDN Soko Glagah Lamongan apparently using only the teacher and the teacher lecture method does not use the media during the lesson process. Appropriate solutions to fix these problem is to use the media pictures in the temathic learning medium. In this study the kind of research used a study design that is classroom action research, and the method is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Is descriptive qualitative data collected in the from of words, while the quantitative descriptive data in the from of numbers. The purpose of this study is to describe the activities of teacher, activities os students, and student learning in the implementations of learning by using media images on the theme of thematic learning activities daily in class III SDN Soko Glagah Lamongan district Data collection techniques by using the method of observation and test. Results of the study, all teacher have increased the value of 79,62 to 91,30, while the activity of students has increased from 71,43 to 89,29 value, and to increase student learning outcomes from 70% to 85%. From these results it can be concluded that media pictures can enhance learning outcomes Elementary School third-grade students Soko Glagah Lamongan.
